Very lousy course, poor layout, poor condition, just bad!
It is a real shame that perhaps the most famous women golfer of the 20th century should have such a terrible "memorial" golf course named for her. Out of respect, they should change the course name, yes, it is that bad.
Now the good side, and I am searching hard to find them, 1. Not much more expensive that a driving range, so consider it a driving range with targets. 2. Bad course, therefore not a lot of customers, so pace of play was good. Thats it.

Open tournament games almost every weekday. Lots of locals play this course. Course is maintained pretty good, but weather has a big say on course conditions. Large amounts of rain can cause big problems.
